Prizes
$9,000 cash · 3 slots
$9,000 cash plus $5,000 in Vultr credits. 1st: $5,000 cash + $3,000 credits. 2nd: $3,000 cash + $1,000 credits. 3rd: $1,000 cash + $1,000 credits. Every participant also gets $200 in Vultr credits (not cash; the coupon code is "still to be confirmed"). Partner prizes and extra tracks are "to be announced". To qualify for a partner prize, the partner's technology must be built into a project submitted to a main track, so partner prizes could stack with main prizes, but none exist yet.

Rights — what you give up
entrant-keeps
Under the lablab Terms, you own your content. You also grant NativelyAI (lablab) an irrevocable, worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, assignable and sublicensable license to use it "for any purpose", and you waive moral rights.
Gotchas
- The page source still contains editor notes flagging items as unconfirmed: team size 1-6 is the 'platform default — confirm it', Salt Lake City should be 're-confirmed' (venue unknown), 'Year assumed 2026', and whether the credits are Vultr credits still needs confirming.
- lablab Terms let it change or cancel prizes, terms or the whole event at its sole discretion, and say lablab is not liable for sponsor-provided prizes.
- There are two conflicting deadlines: the schedule says 3:00 PM PST Nov 8, the event record says 2:00 PM PST (22:00 UTC). Submit before 2 PM PST. Stale platform timeline fields (Start Nov 9, End Nov 12 15:00 UTC) come from the old KubeCon version.
- Participant approval is manual (auto-approve is off). Register early and check that you were approved.
